Returns countries with Country.displayName replaced by the platform's translation for locale where one exists, re-sorted with a locale-aware collator.
Use this from a custom CountryDataSource when the app should show localized country names:

The English name is kept as an alias so searching "Germany" still finds "Allemagne".
