English-named countries, sorted by name. Stable across calls and across locales.

This is the canonical dataset: byIso2, findByIso2, findByDialCode and the legacy com.ezzy.ccp.data.countryList are all derived from it, and all of them would break subtly if the names moved under them when the device language changed. For names to show a user, use localizedNames (or just let the repository do it — see load).
